Basic mixture for 1 lemon cake .Ingredients from organic farming. 485g

Packet contains:385g cake mix, 100gNATURATA Syramena icing sugar for icing,1 bottle lemon oil 1ml

you also need:4eggs,110g butter,6 tbspn milk

Prepare mixture:place eggs, soft butter and milk in a bowl and beat until fluffy.Add cake mix and approx.0.8ml lemon oiland fold in rapidly until you have a smooth mixture.

Baking:grease a loaf tin and dust with flour.Add mixture and bake for roughly 50-55min.
